Jen Thomason is the owner of Sister Sue Designs. She’s a mom of 2 and after years and years of hearing all of her friends rave about her handmade creations (and a little help from her supportive husband), Jen launched Sister Sue Designs on Etsy in March of 2008.

All of the items listed in her shop are handmade by Jen with designer fabric and they are flawless. Jen says that her “passion is designing and creating unique items that are practical, modern, and current. Moms and babies deserve great fashion at an affordable price.”

Sister Sue Designs offers a variety of handmade goods including diaper totes, changing pads, cloth play blocks, reversible bibs, blankets and clothing. And Jen was kind enough to send us one of her lovely diaper changing pads so that we could see for ourselves the quality of her work. And boy were we impressed!

Made with designer, quilt weight cotton fabrics and a heavyweight flannel sandwiched between. This changing pad is cozy, comfortable, and machine washable! At 14″ x 21″ it’s the perfect size to fit under baby’s tushy.
