If there is anything I love just as much as chevron, it’s hot air balloons. I don’t know if it’s the colors or the way they seem to float effortlessly through the air — but I find them quite fascinating! And I believe they can inspire many beautiful ideas. Check out these hot air balloon finds and let your imagination soar…

Here’s another room from Sweden to drool over! We featured two girls bedrooms from Sweden recently, that were simply amazing and now we found this. The hot air balloon curtains are heavenly!

  1. I am in LOVE with those curtains!!

  2. Love them all. I am just as obsessed with hot air balloons, so to add to the list is my own DIY’ed version that now hung in my daughter’s big girl room.

I’ve also got a tutorial on how to do it in my old blog:

  3. I think I’ll have colorful hot air balloons on my next birthday. These photos are lovely and they bring out the kid in everyone! My favorite? That really, really cute cake!

  4. Great post! I love hot air balloons as well, and my boyfriend and I took a ride on one 2 years ago which was wonderful. We are expecting our first baby in the beginning of February and the first thing we bought for the nursery was this colorful poster which features lots of hot air balloons:
