A Spring “Baby Sprinkle” {Featured Shower}

Let it sprinkle! Sprinkle showers are the “it” party to host for a second time mama-to-be. They’re intimate, casual, and oh-so-fun to plan. This Spring-inspired bash has all the elements of a fresh and sophisticated afternoon gathering to celebrate mama — from colorful flower arrangements and a floral dessert table backdrop to a crystal cupcake stand.

Guests were invited to “sprinkle” some love on the mama-to-be with these custom “sprinkle shower” party invitations. The sprinkle theme was incorporated throughout the party and party printables, like the custom cupcakes wrappers which also feature the upside-down umbrella from the invite.

Colorful flower arrangements and a floral backdrop (a shower curtain!) add a touch of Spring to the dessert table area. And yes, that’s real sod on the table! It’s an ingenious idea and super cheap too.

A coordinating party banner, as well as water bottle labels and straw flags were designed to complement the decor and color scheme. Again, the upside-down umbrella makes an appearance.

Above the dessert table, an upside-down kiddie umbrella makes a big statement. But it get’s better! Hanging from the umbrella are clear, plastic Christmas ornaments that represent raindrops, making this the coolest and most affordable party decor idea we’ve ever seen!

Hosted by Paige of Paiges of Style for a longtime friend who was expecting her second child, this incredibly charming “Baby Sprinkle” shower will definitely put a spring in your step. From the sweet color palette of pale pink, green & yellow (even though the gender of the baby was unknown) to the grassy table runner adorning the dessert table, this shower is sure to inspire some wonderful and fresh party ideas.
