Oh Baby! {A Neon Baby Shower}

A fluorescent celebration for a glowing mama-to-be! This fashion forward — and very trendy — NEON baby shower features bold brights, CHEVRON patterns, saturated STRIPES and washi tape details.

Styled by Mariana Matas of Yum Eventos (she’s based in Argentina!), this neon soiree was an intimate gathering to celebrate the soon-to-be-mom. “I styled this party using a neon color scheme complemented by bright whites and a neutral beige for contrast — so that the colors would pop even more.” We love how the washi tape details coordinate perfectly with the graphic party printables.

The dessert table included lots of themed details — like sparkling water labeled H2oh baby, mini glasses with striped straws and coordinating flags, and triangle shaped brownies-to-go (arranged to resemble the chevron pattern on the invites).

The dessert table backdrop was created with a neon string heart and neon tassels (with brown tassels for contrast) — all put together with a neutral background (it’s kraft paper! easy-peasy DIY).

For the party favors, Mariana wrapped tassel jewelry pieces (that could be used as a bracelet or necklace) in mini glassine (clear) bags with a coordinating printable tag.
