Compassionate Art for Kids

Children Inspire Design, a globally inspired line of eco-friendly children’s art, has just launched an exciting giving campaign that we’re excited to share with you.

They’re partnering with Future Fortified to help pregnant woman and young children in Kenya gain access to the nutrition they need to flourish in their first 1000 days of life and to help them grow up healthier, happier and smarter.

Rebecca Peragine, artist and creator of Children Inspire Design, says “We have always believed there’s true power behind combining art with giving, and it’s in this spirit that we have created our latest piece – The Global Compassion Poster – to help raise funds to feed women and children in Kenya.”

For every signed, limited edition Global Compassion Poster sold, 100% of the proceeds will go to Future Fortified to help provide a month’s worth of nutrients to 20 children in Kenya. These signed, limited edition posters will be available until they meet their goal of helping to feed at least 5,000 children.

You can also help spread the word by sharing this compassionate piece of art with your friends and family on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest!

I included some items from the original room design, like the pouf and bookcase, because I felt that they really were quality finds. I opted for an espresso crib vs the two-tone crib to save $100 — and saved big, while still adding custom art into the design, with some personalized prints from Etsy. Read More...
