Designer Spotlight: ubabub {modern nursery furniture}

Remember when I told you how much I was loving Australians?

Well, my love for them just got a whole lot bigger!

Let me introduce you to ubabub …

scandinabian inspired nursery

ubabub is the brain child of 2 Aussie parents, Natasha and Daniel Dumais, who couldn’t find nursery furniture to suit their modern design style.

The sides of the Cot and Nifty are made of acrylic “evolving the look of traditional cot sides to enhance visibility and safety.”*

Unfortunately, ubabub is not yet available in the USA.

    Would love to know the paint color of the blue in the 2nd picture from the top. anyone??

    • @Tricia Jones, I recently painted my dining area a similar color. It’s Lighthouse Shadows from Valspar. It looks slightly darker on the colors palette they have available in stores but it really livens up once it’s on the wall. Especially if the room receives lots of natural light. I can’t stress the importance of buying a color sample and trying it out on a wall before committing to a color.
