Self contained bunks, a heartwarming pregnancy photo idea, a fun Easter egg DIY, a retro play kitchen and a modern black nursery from The Netherlands!

If you don’t have a Pinterest account yet and would like an invite, just leave a comment asking for one and we’ll be sure to send it to you.

This bedroom from Slifer Designs {found on Apartment Therapy} features self contained bunks — a great solution for lofts in need of a little privacy for kids. We especially love the natural wood look.

I’m starting to think I’m catching a bit of baby fever! Last week we featured a fun second pregnancy documentation idea — with a little help from your first — and this week I just couldn’t resist sharing this lovely baby bump picture with the soon-to-be big sister feeling mommy’s belly. {original source unknown, via morphinebliss.tumblr.com}

Feels like Valentine’s Day was yesterday, and the Easter pins are already taking over Pinterest! This clever Easter Egg DIY from A bit of Pilli Pilli is so darn cute. After all, who can resist an egg with a mustache?

A few weeks back we featured 5 DIY Play Kitchens — and this week I found this darling retro play kitchen with LED stove light, gas top, and real oven rack to add to the group. Check out all the details at Rambling Renovators.

This modern black toddler room comes from a Dutch website — it seems to be a small online shop. Chalkboard wall, check. Giant black and white paper lantern, check. Kid-friendly wall mural, check. There are so many great decor ideas! I’m totally smitten with this room.

Bunking {Inspiration for Shared Kids Bedrooms}

The thought of having more than one kid running around the house scares me to death these days {we are battling the terrible twos. they have lived up to their reputation.} but these rooms just might convince me to re-open the baby factory…

This room shared by three from The Bumper Crop has been making it’s way around the internet for several months now. I guess we just can’t stomp marveling at the genius of this room. ohdeedoh went behind the scenes and shared all of the details {check it out}.

This boys bunk room comes from the blog august fields. Bunks are a great option for large families with limited square footage. The owners of this home found a similar bunk in a magazine and had a builder create this to their own specifications. See more images here.

But bunking doesn’t necessarily mean bunk beds. This beautiful bright room comes all the way from the UK. Check out the rest of this lovely cottage on Desire to Inspire.
